Stephania Abbasova is a graduate of the Kamoliddin Behzod National Institute of Fine Arts and Design in Tashkent. Last year she became a winner of the Karimov Foundation’s scholarship and is currently studying for her Master’s degree at the University of Arts in Poznan, Poland.

Since 2017 the Karimov Foundation has awarded two-year scholarships for postgraduate studies in Europe to 22 young people from Uzbekistan.

The selection process is currently under way for the Foundation’s 2019 scholarship programme.
